You can book your place directly on our website by clicking on ‘’Routes’ in the site menu. Once in this category choose the visit that interests you and click “Book’’. Then follow the instructions.

No. All tours have a limited capacity and without a previous reservation our guide may refuse your participation in the tour.

We advise you to book your place well in advance. However, it is possible to book a tour last minute if still available.

Our guided tours are open to all family members despite the age.

We offer a discount ticket for children&young kids. The ticket valid only upon presentation of a document confirming the child’s age. In the absence of a document on the day of the visit, full rate charge will be applied. 

Yes, our guided tours take place even when it rains. Please check the weather forecast on the day of your visit and make sure you wear appropriate clothing or carry an umbrella.

Our tours last between 1,5 and 2,5 hours. We can propose longer tours on request.

We offer public tours in English and French.

Depending on your needs, our private visits can be held in French, English or both. We also provide tours in Polish, German, Italian and Spanish.

For any purchase through our website, the confirmation of reservation is sent immediately by email via Billetweb.

Reservations can be rescheduled up to 48 hours before the date of the public tour. If you wish to modify your reservation, please contact: streetarttourparis@gmail.com 

Any cancellation by you must be initiated by email to streetarttourparis@gmail.com. In certain cases you may be eligible to receive a full or partial refund depending upon: the reason for your cancellation or the number days of prior to the start of the tour your cancellation request is received or the amount expended by the individual guide to prepare for your tour or the cancellation policy option you choose.
If the payment was done through Billetweb, a small booking fee is not refundable (0.29€ + 1% per ticket). Amount of fee may vary in time.

• Private Tours: We will acknowledge your cancellation by email. Fees due to the cancellation will be applied as noted:
  Cancellations received until 8 days prior to the tour date: 25% cancellation fee
  Cancellations received 7 days or fewer prior to the tour date: 100% cancellation fee
• Public Tours: The reservations can be cancelled or rescheduled for a different date (according to our availabilities) up to 48 hours before the date of the tour and are eligible for a refund. Without cancellation within the time limit, the refund or rescheduling will not be accepted.
• Cancellation by us: If Street Art Tour Paris cannot perform the tour due to any force majeure, that is:
  war, whether declared or not, civil war or any other armed conflict, military or non-military interference by any third party state or states, riots or demonstrations, acts of terrorism or serious threats of terrorist attacks, sabotage or piracy, strike or boycott, acts of governments or any other acts of authority whether lawful or unlawful, blockade, siege or sanctions, or
  accidents, fires, explosions, plagues, or
  natural disasters such as but not limited to storm, cyclone, hurricane, earthquake, landslide, flood, drought etc., or
  any event of a similar nature.
  Street Art Tour Paris has the right to substitute the tour by another one of the same value.
  In very rare cases, when the tour is cancelled by Street Art Tour Paris, for any reason that is our fault – you would be fully refunded (including the booking fees from Billetweb).

If you paid your ticket by credit card a small reservation fee (few cents) will be taken by Billetweb.

It is recommended to come at least 5 minutes before the scheduled start of the visit.

• Public visits: The organizer reserves the right to start the visit at the scheduled time and takes no responsibility for latecomers. If you arrive after it has already started you may have trouble catching up with the group and it might resolve into missing out on the tour with no claim for refund or rescheduling.
• Private visits: Our tours start on time. Any delays from our guests would be extracted from the total duration of the tour.
  The guide has the right to cancel the tour and leave the meeting point if the clients are more than 15 min late and are non-responsive to our messages or calls. After 15 minutes the tour will be automatically cancelled and no refund will be issued.

Public visits: the organizer reserves the right to start the visit at the scheduled time and takes no responsibility for latecomers.
Private visits: the organizer will cancel the visit after 15 minutes of waiting.

No refund will be issued if you are more than 15 minutes late or if you do not show up.
